Default What you think about these phrases?

The phrases mentioned below are taken from an advertisement of a university in my country, inviting students to continue their studies in its International MB program, these phrases appear in a frame containing in such the advertisement.

A total International MB program in an environment reflecting the global scene. This unique program formulated and presented in this country by international professional with participating international students.

So, what should they be correctly written? I mean to say, should they be left in the form of being phrases, or they should be included into one sentence, or what else? Please feel free to correct them. To me, they seem to be incomplete in their meaning.

Thank you in advance.
All the best,
Piak

Since these phrases are part of an advertisement, they're basically OK, even if they're not complete and proper sentences. Most times the wording on posters, advertisements, handbills, etc, is terse and seemingly disjointed. Short, declarative statements are used to get the message across to the reader quickly and in a limited amount of space.
