Which is correct?
1) The rates are subject to change without notice; or
2) The rates are subjected to changed without notice.
No1 is correct.
It is very common for commercial ads and price lists to use:
"Rates are subject to change without notice"
In the fine print or as a footnote. or legal notice.
Note the missing "The".
With the missing "The" the second sentence becomes valid:
"Rates are subjected to change without notice."
