    What airline are you flying today? or
    Wich airline are you flying today?

    I would say both are good.

    If it were me I would probably say,

    "What airline are you taking today?"

    It is implied you would be flying since thats what airlines do

    or simply,

    "What airline are you taking?"

    If it is obvious you will be using an airline the same day.
