(a) She believes the reports, and I too.

(b) She believes the reports, and I do too.
(c) My parents live in the north of the country and my husband's people too.

Which are right sentneces?

Is is o.k. both of them, I do too. and I too.

(c) My parents live in the north of the country and my husband's people do too.

We use do because your sentences are in the present tense.

She believes [in ] the reports and so do I/ I do too.

My parents live.... and my husband`s relatives do too.

A third opinion:

(a) She believes the reports, and I too.

— This sounds a little uncomfortable; I would insert a "do" before "too".

(b) She believes the reports, and I do too.

— This sounds fine.

(c) My parents live in the north of the country and my husband's people too.

— This sounds ok to me; the ear inserts "live" before "too", which is appropriate. That said, it has a faint air of Irish or Scottish English. So I would insert "do" before "too", or rephrase it as:

(d) My parents live in the north of the country; my husband's people too.

(In fact, I might also say "family" instead of "people".)

(a) comes from The Grammar Book, and (b) A Student's Grammar in English Language(almost similar name).

According to the books, (a) is ungrammatical, so it needs 'do' before 'too' and

(b) is o.k., so it doesn't to be corrected, which makes me confused.
