Default Culture study vs. Cultural study.

Hi teachers,

Sometimes I see culture study and sometimes I see cultural study.
Could you tell me the difference between them?

Thanks in advance

Jupiter

It would be purely a guess unless you could provide some context for those terms.

Hi RonBee,
Thanks for your response.
I can't give you the context in which they are used because they are taken from the cover of the book. In Cambodia, university students have to take four cources such as core English, literature, writing skill and cuture study/cutural study.
On the cover of culture book, I sometimes see culture study and sometimes cutural study. I don't know why? Do you think which one is better/more correct? Does the typewriter make a mistake or else?
Hope to get your reply, thanks.

Here is a definition of cultural study:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultural_studies

The term appears on a Google search numerous times:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=cultural+study&btnG=Search

As does culture study:

In my opinion, they are either closely related or they are the same thing. Have you asked your instructor for clarification?
