I don't think there is such a word which means the opposite of an acronym -- just the phrase the acronym stands for.

Why do you need this word?

Generally, nouns do not have antonyms.

Many do. Here are some nouns with their antonyms:

health - sickness
wealth - poverty
wife - husband
brother - sister
heat - cool
light - darkness
frown - smile
abbreviation - long form

We're looking for the word that completes this phrase:

"Abbreviation" is to "long form" what "acronym" is to _________

The nearest thing I can think of is a backronym, like banana, where they take a word and then work out the words it stands for (Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Near Anybody). It's not an opposite, but it is working in the opposite direction.
