Is there someone out there who can help me???

I don't think there is such a word which means the opposite of an acronym -- just the phrase the acronym stands for.

Why do you need this word?

The nearest thing I can think of is a backronym, like banana, where they take a word and then work out the words it stands for (Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Near Anybody). It's not an opposite, but it is working in the opposite direction.

Some words seem not to have their antonyms. I'm struggling to find an antonym of the noun "attitude".

The antonym of the word "acronym" is "backronym". Acronym is a previously non-existing word derived from the initial letters of a phrase while backronym expands an existing word or name into a phrase.

e.g.
Fear, False Evidence Appearing Real
Ford, Fix Or Repair Daily

Despite their polar opposite in word construction, sometimes one has a hard time telling the two apart if he doesn't know the etymology.

e.g. In conversation, "They are MAD members waiting for you outside, Rob."
