I don't think there is such a word which means the opposite of an acronym -- just the phrase the acronym stands for. Why do you need this word?

Generally, nouns do not have antonyms.

The nearest thing I can think of is a backronym, like banana, where they take a word and then work out the words it stands for (Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Near Anybody). It's not an opposite, but it is working in the opposite direction.

I would say "Full-form" could be an antonym of acronym.

Some words seem not to have their antonyms. I'm struggling to find an antonym of the noun "attitude". |

The antonym of the word "acronym" is "backronym". Acronym is a previously non-existing word derived from the initial letters of a phrase while backronym expands an existing word or name into a phrase. e.g. Fear, False Evidence Appearing Real Ford, Fix Or Repair Daily Despite their polar opposite in word construction, sometimes one has a hard time telling the two apart if he doesn't know the etymology. e.g. In conversation, "They are MAD members waiting for you outside, Rob." MAD(D), Mothers Against Drunk-drinking
