how can I learn English ?

hi
how can I learn speaking engilish? I don't have any english friends. what does I do ? is there advise your this my problem ?

I am reading and working all english news,tests,books exc. But sometimes I think ı can't learn. what will I do ?

Are you learning on your own?

My advice is to practice it as much as you can.
1. If you have a teacher, maybe you can meet him or her after school to practice.

2. Watch movies or tv shows that are spoken in English. You can get them through cable or rent them at your local video store; if you have problems understanding, then press the subtitles bottom.

3. You can also get read-along books with CD or cassette;the stories are for children but it will help you develop your reading and pronunciation.

4. Search for chat rooms for ESL students. Get a friend and chat.

You can learn if you are determined to do so.

ı'm learning english on my own. I think every thing english . I watch cnn tv. ı'm reading short story books,news,school books . I believe to learn english not easy. but I will do it.

i live in Iran which has the same situation with Turkey. people here do not know english well and learning it is a little luxurious.
but i find native movies and watch them.
do the same thing i do .find your favorite actor or actress and follow his/her movies.
it really works. after some months you'll get used to watch movies and this really improves your english.
and you can read newspapers or magazines.
