Dear Sir,

I write to make an enquiry about how to learn English Language tences, as well as how to be an English Language perfect, Im a student at high school I am currently facing an examination which was included with English Language paper I have falling in english for several times now, I made the decision to make an enquiry about how to tackle this problem.

Then try to be more specific about which tenses are causing the trouble.
