present perfect definition: something happened in the past , has a result now(this definition i am still confuse, because "everything happened in the past will has a result in the present. is it mean we have to use "present perfect" when we talk about the past ??)
simple past definistion: something you did in the past.
ex: 1. the oil cloted (past)
2. the oil has been cloted ( cloted yesterday i guess, now has a result)
thank you.

It is not true that it has a result in the present- I broke my leg twenty years ago and it has no result at all now- my leg is fine. If I say 'I have broken my leg', then it is affecting my life now.![]()
