Re: Help with the forum
Hello everyone ,
My name is Jimmie King and I am new to the forum. I speak English and would be glad to help in any way I can. Although I'm from Texas many would not consider this to be official English. However, I can avoid all the ya'll and howdys. Let me know how I can help.

Re: Help with the forum
Tdol, you may or may not be aware that the WordReference Forum has this as one of its rules:
Thread
titles must include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed. (Avoid phrases like "translation please", "Which is correct" "how do I say this", "I'm new" and similar expressions.)
It would be great if you could include something similar in the Notices box at the top of this page.

Re: Help with the forum
Hello everybody,
I am a new member, English is our second language so that I want to improve my skills here.
I see that many questions in this forum have no response, so please help me to know how to get response from teachers as well as other members?
Thanks in advance!

If you have a question about English, post it here: Ask a Teacher. Most questions are answered fairly quickly in that forum.
Context is important. Please provide enough for us to be able to deal effectively with your question.
Your thread title should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.
If you just want to know the meaning of a word, try OneLook Dictionary Search first.
