Flip, flop, boom, zoom on a trampoline

Hi!

One day, a little girl came up to me, saying that she could do flip, flop, boom, zoom on a trampoline. I just said, "Oh, you are very good at it.", even though I didn't understand flip, flop, boom, and zoom.

I know what trampoline is, but never had a chance to play on it when I was a kid in my country. Can you please tell me what kind of actions they are? Flip, flop, boom and zoom are haunting me and I can't sleep at night, trying to figure them out, flipping through several dictionaries

I´d say the little girl is just using onomatopeic words to her jumps !

I would tend to agree with Janaina, although a flipflop (flip-flop) is quite a common alternative to somersault.
