Hello dear friends
i want to know which verbs take "to"
Example:
want to,talk to.....etc.
sorry, but thatīs too big a task...there are verbs that are followed by the infinitive of another verb ( like, I want to do it), there are others which are followed by another verb in the -ing form ( like, I enjoy doing it ) and there are also verbs which can take both forms without having a change in their meanings ( I like to do it/I like doing it) and with a change of meaning ( I stopped to do x/ I stopped doing x).So ,if I were you I would just learn which is which as you continue your studyings. Iīll check and see if I can find a page for you to have a look at this...
I'm trying to do a list.
