Either "who" ( colloquial, not recommended in written form)or "whom" (recommended by grammarians) since it´s a relative pronoun that refers to the children who(m) have undergone multiple procedures. (Poor kids! )

When I tried using "whom" my silly computer kept saying that it was wrong. So should I just stick with who or disregard what word says and use whom??
