Default I appreciate????

Hi everybody,

I work in an area that i help people a lot. Most of the time when you do something for people, they would say 'Thank You' and you say 'You're Welcome' or you can use lots of other expresions.

My problem is that whenever someone says 'I appreciate' i got confused and i don't know if it is proper if i say 'You're Welcome' or i have to say something else?

Please, help me?

Zachary

I would not use 'I appreciate' alone. You could say 'much appreciated' or 'I appreciate it'.

If someone says "I appreciate it" or "I appreciate your help" to you, you can respond with "You're more than welcome" or "It was my pleasure" or "I'm happy to be of help."
