Determiners v pronouns

I am doing an exercise to identify the determiners in a sentence. Is a word a determiner if there is no noun following, so the noun is implied?

Eg Do you have any money on you? Yes, I have some.
(is 'some' a determiner?)

Eg This book is mine, but that is his.
(are 'that' and 'his' determiners?)

Many dictionaries would classify those as pronouns:
