In resent years,there has been a growing tendency in fake commodities,Such as fake food and clothes,drinks and fake books,fake disks......the list can go on and on.For that,I think it is not an occasional phenomenon.
Frankly speaking,the productors of fake goods want to accumulate more fortune in a short time,the sells want to get more illegal profits.In addition,the consumer who want to byuy some goods with a fake brand,to satisfy their vanity.
Fake commodities can do serious harm to both consumers and our society.Suppose you buy a fake clothes,they may cause some inconvenience and a waste of money .If you buy some fake drugs,the consequence can be fatal.
To sum up.fake commodities has done lots of harmto people's health and upset the fairly competitive market.In the long run ,they will corrupt people's morality and erode trust. So we should take every stepto ban the production and sale of fake commodities.

"Fake food" would be something that is not really food but "pretends" to be. "Fake food" would not be edible. (Perhaps you need a different word.)

Would you say the practice of dealing in counterfeit commodities is not a new thing?
