| Ignore lists are used for those people who's messages you wish not to read.1. who’s – I think it’s a mistake. 2. wish not – Archaic? Emphatic? What do you make of it? TIA |

| It is not a mistake, and I don't think it is especially AE. It is, however, a very formal way of speaking. Normally people would say "whose messages you don't wish to read." |

| Hi, who`s is a mistake it should be whose. Wish not is very old fashioned |

| In "wish not to read", the "not" negates the infinitve "to read" rather than the verb "wish". |
