Hi,
1. a 21-year -old man
2. a man of 21 [ years old]
Is the second sentence correct? If not, is there another formula I can possibly replace it with?
Thank you

A man aged 21
A man 21 years of age

Hi, Teia,
I think the second pattern is mostly used when the exact age is not known:
...a woman of 40
...a man of about 30
