Which are correct:
1-He owes me for the damage to my property.
2-He owes me for the damage on my property.
3-I spent a lot for the repairs to my car.
4-I spent a lot for the repairs on my car.

I spent a lot on repairs to/on my car is correct
There can be a difference between 1 and 2. If you use to my property you are saying that the property is yours. If you use on my property you can mean the same thing, but you can also mean that damage was caused to someone else's property which was on your property - the wind caused damage to my friend's car while it was parked on my property.
