dear teachers!

"Taking a corner is one of the most satisfying moves you can make on a bike.It's fun,exciting and it also happens to be one of the hardest things to learn.Even an experienced rider can always make improvements in this area."

this is an original text from the FCE test,but I found somthing wrong with it,I think the last sentence should be "Even an experienced rider can't always make improvements in this area".Is it correct ?
