It's fine. Post will generally get answered within a few hours- people are coming in from all over the world and from different time zones. If a post doesn't get answered within a day, then open the thread and choose the 'bump thread' option, which will put it back up at the top of the list.

Where can I find the 'bump thread' option?

It's in the Thread Tools at the top of a thread on the right, next to Search this Thread

Yes, but in the Thread Tools I could only find,"Show printable version, Email this page, Unsubscribe from this thread, and Add a poll to this thread".I couldn't see any thing as 'bump thread'.
