Default having

I would like to know about this phrase: having+3rd form of the verb.

eg: what does this mean: having said or having done , etc.

what is the difference between "may and might".

where to use "could and would".

I request u to explain me the usage of conditionals in present, past, future with examples .

Default Re: having

1 Yes- third form = past participle
2 For possibility, 'may' is more probable than 'might'. 'May' is much more common for permisiion.
