Question Be rest assured / Rest assured

Hi,

which one is correct?

1. Be rest assured.
2. Rest assured.

I think "rest assured" sounds correct.
"Be rest assured" does not make sense to me,
but I have read it somewhere so I just want to make
sure.

Thanks

You can say either "Rest assured" or "Be assured" - these are imperative verb forms (the same as the base or infinitive form). You cannot say "Be rest assured" because then you are using two imperative verbs in succession, which is ungrammatical.
