Hi Fakhera welcome to the forum, concerning pronunciation I suggest having a good English dictionary to look the words' pronunciation up in it. The only way to improve your speaking skills is to make friends with a native speaker and speak with him/her , or you can enrol in evening English conversation classes in The British Council or The American Centre . To be honest with you speaking with native speakers is the best.
