could you please tell me whether these sentences are correct and which of them is better:

1) The company expects its employees to demonstrate high level of commitment on a continuous basis.

2) The company expects its employees to demonstrate high and continuous commitment.

Sentence 1 is better, but you need to add an 's' to level to make:

The company expects its employees to demonstrate high levels of commitment on a continuous basis.
