there are bound to be problems whether you adopt the plan or the other.can you please exsplain the meaning of this sentence ,especially I found this part of sentence difficult:there are bound to be...

Hi there
there are bound to be....... means certain or likely to happen

There are bound to be problems means the problems are certain to happen
I hope I make myself clear.
