Default ELL Computer Programs

A teacher at our school asked the following question:
"What software program have you found to be effective in teaching English to high school non-English speakers of various levels of proficiency?"

Does anyone on this listserv has specific computer programs they would recommend? I appreciate any help you can give. Ken Lake, Prescott High School Library.

I have found that websites have been much more help than software. For example, I use http://view.byu.edu all the time.
