1. The report supports the hypothesis..2. The report endorse the hypothesis..3. The report confirm that the hypothesis was right.

What would be the difference between the followings?
3. The report confirm that the hypothesis WAS right.
4. The report confirm that the hypothesis IS right.
5. The report confirmed that the hypothesis was right.

Following sentenses are OK and their meanings are the same?
6. We have to confirm whether the hypothesis is right.7. We have to check whether the hypothesis is right.

The report endorse the hypothesis.Fine but endorses

I am new at this and I am not an expert or a teacher nor am I too sure about this software program.
Your first question regarding confirms(present tense) and was (past tense) used together. This is correct. Think, first the hypothesis was done and it could have been done many months ago. It definitely is in the past. Now the report (on the hypothesis) is current and is being discussed. So it is present tense. So the report Now confirms hypothesis from the past.
A1 has a different meaning to A2 A1 asks for confirmation of something already done. That is the meaning of confirm. Confirm=check and report back. A2 Asks for information about your travel details quickly. This means you have not advised them when you want to travel.
B1 is the same as A1. B2 has a new meaning. This is the 3rd meaning. A1 and B1 are the same. A2 is different from A1&B1. B2: Here you are being told what your flight and schedule are (You are being informed, you are not informing) (You are being told: you are not telling )
