I have a query with regard to the formal writing of a business quotation.
Could you tell me if the following is grammatically correct.
For the attention of....
Rather than put "for the attention of", I'd simply put "Attention: ---- "
Also, the traditional closings in business letters vary from country to country. I usually see "Sincerely" or "Yours truly" more often than "Yours faithfully."
The rest of your sample letter looks fine.
