the difference between the word

i wanted to know that the difference between the word silly and ridiculous??thank you for your help!!!!!

'Ridiculous' doesn't necessarily imply stupidty or immaturity, which 'silly' does, IMHO. ;-)

ridiculous means, unreasonable.
silly means, foolish.
