What is the corresponding phrase for the chinese daily expression of 花心?

Hi Everyone,

In Chinese ,when someone isn't serious about the sexual relationship or is likely to have sex with other persons besides his wife or husband,people usually say he is a huaxing(花心）or he is very (hua).

Could you please tell me the corresponding oral English?

He is a playboy.
Or, He is cheating his wife.

In chinese ,when we describe a swinger or a player,we usually use some phrases with Hua(花），Ｉwill just give two other examples here.I hope someone from china will offer more.

one example is when someone is born in the second month in chinese calendar we usually say he has the destiny of peach flower,meaning he will have a lot of women in his life by nature.

In chinese there is another idiom called　水性扬花（shui xing yang hua) to describe the person who is likely to have sexual relationship with others without emotional ties.

Lots of times in AE people will say about a male baby "He's going to break a lot of hearts when he's older," meaning he's a very cute baby and he'll grow up to be handsome and will have many different girlfriends before getting married.

The corresponding word for the Chinese expression of "hua xing" 花心 should be "womanizing," or womanizer as a person. But if you want to be a bit more formal, use "philandering," or philanderer as a person.

BTW, in case you don't know, "shui xing yang hua" can only be used to describe a woman, never a man.
