Hard to tell, but IŽd say that numbers 3, 6 and 7 are informal while the others are more formal...

Any of them could be used during a business meeting, for example. So, I wouldn't categorize them simply as "formal" vs "informal". Instead I'd just say that some tend to sound somewhat less formal/more informal than others. I agree with Avalon's take on things.
