The following relative adverbs can be omitted?
Then Are they correct grammatically?

1. This is the park (where) I met her.
2. The chair (where) she is sitting is very comfortable.

I'd like to know general rules about omission of relative adverbs.

I would not omit there.

I used it in the sense of performing the act of omission.
