| I favor the capital too, but I would have class begin the sentence. I okay is a little too informal for the teacher to use in such a situation. In any case, I would say turn the page, not turn to the next page. (Is the teacher the authority in the classroom or is she the students' equal?) :) |

| It depends. 'OK' is often used by teachers as a framing move- to signal a change, so if this came in the middle of a lesson, it would be fine IMO. |

| Because it refers to a single group of people, it does seem to be a proper noun in the context. |
