.
Be used to + -ing form = be familiar with, have the habit of, be accustomed to'

Inflect 'be' freely, since 'used to' is an idiomatic adjective form.

I am / she is / they were / we have been / he is going to be / used to tapdancing on tinfoil / eating from the dog's dish / waiting forever in the bank queue.

"to be used to" means to be familiar with something, or a prescribed routine.

Fred was suspicious when his wife gave him ham and eggs for breakfast, as he was used to having cold cereal. "She must want something," he thought.

Roger had a rude surprise when he joined the health spa. He was used to daily exercise, but not a five-mile run at 4 o'clock in the morning!
