What does it mean??

It must be a play on words based on an old slogan used by icecream vendors in the UK: "Stop me and buy one".

The slogan may have been turned around a bit to create a bit of birth control advice for the newlyweds on their wedding night.

That birth control advice sounds understandable.
The subtitle translation into my mother tongue was ambiguous and could be understood in many ways but it suggested that "this grip is firm and holds" (doesn't slip)
