could you please explain the meaning of the verb "worked on" in the following sentence:
Title in any goods worked on belongs to the Supplier.
Does it mean:
1) used to realize some work (e.g. a machine)
2) processed (the goods not finished yet)

It means the Supplier owns the rights (has the 'title') to any goods that were produced in any way as part of what was supplied. This includes anything produced as a by-product of what was supplied, as well as the product itself.
