I've never had Latin, but I would say, Truth springs from justice or Truth is born of justice.

Literally, it means "Truth (it is springing from) Justice." Veritas (truth) and aequitas( justice) are both in the nominative singular (the English equivalent of the subject). The verb 'orientare' is in the gerund form. This construction (with two subjects) does not exist in English, so it should be translated best in paraphrase I believe. I would say 'Justice is the father of Truth'.
