I am assuming that by "works" you mean "a set of tasks" in a certain project.

These tasks are being held up as we have no details.

or

These tasks are being held up as we await details.

or

We are unable to make progress on the following (or these) tasks as we have no details.

If you don't mean "a set of tasks", then you could simply
say - "Work is being held up as we have no details (necessary to proceed)."
