the second one is BETTER than the first one. but you'd better say:
your father told me about your new house in china.
or:
your father told that you've bought a new house in china.

The sentence could also mean like this:
- Your father told me about your plans of buying a new house in China.
This is only correct if the house in the sentence has not been bought yet. Am I correct?

I think the first sentence is more sensible.For the second one,you may use Matilda's examples, or you may say, "Your father told me that you are going to buy a new house in China".
