I want to ask a question about English. The question is: why must I use 13 verbs in the present perfect tense?

My question is: Could a prepositional phrase be another preposition's object?? If the answer is yes, could you give me more examples? ??

    A lot of Thanks
I just want to point out that "save" can also be a conjunction. IMO, that's what it is in this phrase.
