hi.what is sb that dials an unknown phone number and talks to unknown people or swears them or tease them as an amusement is called in english?

I've heard "nuisance caller" and "malicious caller".

Other members may be able to think of other terms!

If the person cursed at me or was otherwise rude, I'd call it a "crank" call. If the person was playing a so-called joke (like dialing my number and asking "Is your refrigerator running? Well, you'd better go catch it!"), I'd call that a "prank" call.
