Smile Ask for advice about my oral English!

First I will introduce myself. I am from china, I am a stuff in a joint-venture company. I am in research and development department. There are not many obstales about my reading english , but my oral English is terrible. I am longing to improving my oral english quicking. I am looking forward a day that I can talk with foreigners fluently.
please give me some advice.

There are sites like mixxer.com where you can try to find people to speak to. Also, on forums like this, you can post and have contact with native speakers from different countries, which, though not spoken, is a way of getting used to having contact with other speakers.
