i have absolutely no idea what this expression means.
a pilot in an air race:

"he won the last round and he's bang on four, he now flies an Edge 540".

does anyone have an idea of the meaning of it or maybe only the meaning of "to be bang on"?

'to be bang on sth' means 'exactly/right on sth'.

It's bang on four can mean it's exactly four o'clock but I doubt tha there is a time meaning involved here. There just isn't enough context.
