Please help me with this reflexive pronoun error.
So, if I want myself and the company I work for to be taken seriously, I need to pay more attention to my grammar and spelling.
Should it say:
So, if I myself and the comany I work for to be taken seriously, I need to pay more attention to grammar and spelling.

There's no need for 'myself' there:

If I and the comany I work for want to be taken seriously, I need to pay more attention to grammar and spelling.

To add emphasis, you could do this:

If both I and the comany I work for want to be taken seriously, I need to pay more attention to grammar and spelling.
