Question Pros & Cons !
hey..

look at this:

Consider the pros and cons of performance bonds as they may not be appropriate for all types of procurements.

can you please tell me what does pros and cons mean?

It is an English borrowing of the Latin 'pro et contra' ('for' and 'against'). In other words, the arguments 'for' and 'against' something.
