The author is saying that the tickets in London are so MUCH cheaper that it would be cheaper to fly from New York to London and buy tickets for the show there than to buy tickets for the show in New York. Obviously, this is an absurd exaggeration made to emphasise how expensive Broadway theatre tickets are. |
