1. I can't quite understand them.

2. Called "secretary" in some countries (person who helps with the
getting supplies, arranging meetings, etc)

3. Orange peel. The skin of a banana is also called "peel".
"Peel" is also a verb.

For example, "To peel an orange/ the potatoes"
Meaning: To take off the skin of an orange/ the potatoes.
