ESL Cert Course Selection

I have decided to take an ESL Certification Course.

I currently have a university degree and about a year of previous teaching experience. Though I am curious about the certification courses themselves.

Are they generally all the same in terms of how employers view them, with the only difference being the price that I pay for certification??

Do employers prefer or favour In-class Certifications with teaching practicums as opposed to an online certification???

Is there the possibility that this distinction in terms of certification would have an effect on one's pay scale???
