Cool second language acquisition

Hello everybody,
I am Meng and currently, I'm doing Foreign and second language acquisition. My focus is on the acquisition of tenses by L2 learners. I am looking for studeis by local reseachers especially Asian researchers on this area. Is there anyone out there can furnish me with some ideas or suggestions? Any form of responses are most welcomed.
Thank you,
Meng

I'm not sure if this will help you out, but it's a start:

"Acquiring English Tense and Aspect: Effects of Differences and Similarities between L1 and L2" by Ganzhao Sun, describes a study that explores interlanguage phenomena in Mandarin-Chinese-speaking learners of English. See, Asian Journal of English Language Teaching Vol. 10, 2000, pp. 69-89
